Results for Students who Had Attended Student Orientation
Approximately 59% of the students who responded to this survey (N=290) indicated that they had attended student orientation. Of these, approximately 67% (N=184) attended Get Ready, 9% (N=24) attended SMART Start, 17% (N=46) attended Bridge to Clemson orientation and 8% (N=21) attended Gateway to College orientation.
The summary below presents the results for students indicating that they had attended student orientation. For the rating questions, the percentage selecting a particular number representing the level of effectiveness/agreement is followed in parentheses by the actual count of student selecting that level. Numbers in bold represent the most common answer for a given question. The response average is calculated by multiplying the number of students who chose each response number (1=Very Poor/Strongly Disagree to 5=Very Good/Strongly Agree) by that number, summing those, and dividing by the total number of respondents to the question.
