Enrolled Rate - The percentage of students in the cohort (exclusive of graduates and transfers) who were still enrolled either full- or part-time in the fall of the evaluation year.
Success Rate - The percentage of students in the cohort who graduated, transferred or were still enrolled according to the above definitions.
